Intuition + Intention: 5 Steps to Create and not Just Predict Your Future

Premonition

There are some people who believe in Premonition – a clear vision or awareness of what lies ahead on your path before you physically get there is possible. Perhaps we have read about various prophecies in religious or spiritual books or biographies as made by various spiritual masters. Or we could have had a personal and direct experience of ESP through clairvoyant dreams or visions that tell us exactly what will occur in future and have directly verified it as true. Some of us have enjoyed astrology, tarot and other devices of fortune-telling and have been often surprised at the accuracy especially at the hands of a genuine psychic. Others who are disbelievers may not be open to any premonition yet or even afraid to experience the same, whether out of religious fear or scientific skepticism.

But for those of us who have had any experience close to a premonition, what does this phenomena tell us? Does it mean that our future is entirely ‘Predestined’ and if yes by whom – an outside person we call ‘God’ who is controlling our reality? Or does it tell us in advance what WE are manifesting or literally ‘making up’ in our dream called life through our own choices in each moment?

Could we have a higher ‘Self’ – a part of us that is awakened and existing beyond time-space that can see through the illusion of time and show us where our current timeline is going? Can this higher Self also help us alter our course or timeline to manifest a better life on earth or beyond? How can we awaken ourself and free our consciousness to higher levels of multi-dimensionality and spiritual ascension?

  1. Meditation: Find some time for yourself and detach from the humdrum of daily life for a few minutes to an hour a day by gently closing your eyes and breathing through your heart center. Feel peace and watch your thoughts fade away into inner silence for as long as you can. With time and dedicated practice you will get better over the months and years of meditation. This exercise helps us tune into our inner-self or consciousness which is beyond mind and body. As our we become increasingly aware of our consciousness we will be more awakened and reunited with the Higher Self beyond time-space. At later stages we might have prophetic and awakening messages and visions to accurately guide us ahead or upwards in our life.
  2. Higher Intentions: As per higher guidance or intuition we might get a sense of what feels right to us in our day to day life. Our higher Self when awakened will help us choose a direction that is best for us. This will help us hold only positive intentions regarding what we wish to manifest in our life. We might want to verbalize our intentions or write them down in the form of positive affirmations in the present tense as if those wonderful things are right now being experienced by us and not mere wishes or prayers. For example, “I am enjoying a state of phenomenal health and wellbeing right now”, “I am so grateful that only good things are happening to me and my loved ones from this point on”, “I live in a happy world where peace and kindness prevail in every heart.”
  3. Positive Emotions: Transforming our inner state from anger, hate, guilt or fear to unconditional love is a major part of self-actualization. A lot of meditation and mindfulness masters are self-realized with great wisdom and powerful minds. Emotional energy however is the key to actualizing or manifesting a better world because emotions have the capacity to condense or materialize our thoughts into real situations. Great healing is experienced as a result of wholesome and positive emotional shifts. Instead of merely making positive intentions, transforming our inner state of one that resonates or matches with the freqency of what we intend to manifest is most helpful.
  4. Healthy Behaviors: While peacefulness, positive thoughts and emotions are necessary in manifestation of a better future, they need to also translate into better actions in our day to day physicality. From ethical ways of eating, shopping, breathing, body-care, hygeine to the way we treat others and ourself, caring for our environment, animals, home and people in our life, there are many ways we can align with our higher Self. Conscious ways of living are helpful in ascension towards a more magical and heavenly reality. Our actions speak much louder than thoughts and words in order to bring us closer to manifesting what is good.
  5. Patient Receptivity: In our quest to achieve our goals, manifest a perfect life and a better world, it is quite possible we get restless, frustrated and upset at our every shortfall, or lose patience with others who do not seem to be in alignment with our deeper needs. Instead of succumbing to this pressure, we can stay aligned with positive emotional and mental vibrations of loving kindness so that we do not block our own path. We also need to be open and aware that our higher Self is indeed capable of helping us manifesting something that is even better than what we were intending originally and stay flexible to when, how and what exactly we will manifest our best. By relaxing and allowing ourself to transform our vibrations to positive energy we can flow more easily to the higher Self or God through an open heart.

Finally we can remember that higher Self or God is not really separate from us. Our innermost nature is pure Love and to stay aware and in alignment with who we really are is the real power or magic of manifestation.

7 Steps to Spiritual Ascension

Spiritual Ascension is all about raising our consciousness in order to free ourself from the limited or conditioned matrix of beliefs and thinking of the outer world by ‘going within’ through meditation.

Here are 7 Key Steps that may help us ascend to higher states of consciousness:

  1. Letting Go Of Dogma: In the higher or ascended states we no longer are a follower of limiting beliefs preached to us from authorities because we have our own inner wisdom to guide us. We awaken through self-realization instead of through dogmatic belief-systems that have so far been used by some people to maintain power and control over others. Those who are strongly conditioned to following fundamental beliefs promoting ‘my God’ over that of other cultures, or any kind of ethenic or racial superiority of ‘a certain tribe’ or people over others, need to first let go of these politically motivated rigid notions and allow more unconditional love to flow from their hearts equally towards all beings.religion-3067050_960_720
  2. Healthier Lifestyle Changes: Ascension is not about being ‘superior’ to others and believing we are higher or holier than others, but about having more simplicity and wellbeing in our life. Lifestyle changes for spirituality are no longer about wearing special vestments or about occupying special spiritual thrones or positions. It is rather about having a healthier and joyful lifestyle with fresh air, clean water, nutritious organic vegetables and natural health through meditation, happier emotional state, joyful interactions and sharing of positive energy. It is not about proving our superiority over nature by controlling the elements, but about being harmonius with nature to share abundance with each other.positive-2257693_960_720
  3. Creator Consciousness: A lot of people have felt anger towards our political, economic and social systems around us by imagining that it is a ‘matrix’ set-up by powers outside our control. Fear of ‘reptilian’ or ‘draconian’ beings that have taken over our planet to control our limited resources and financial systems have been spread through conspiracy theorists. In contrast, ascension is about rising above paranoia and understanding the world to be a manifestation of our inner self. As our inner consciousness awakens so does our world. Through positive consciousness we are able to influence our world in a positive way and send energy towards earth healing by making powerful intentions for abundance, health, joy, equality and peace on our planet. For instance the four step process on www.earthhealingnetwork.com/forum meditation-64051_960_720
  4. Higher Cause: Having a career primarily for financial success has been a source of stress for many individuals. Material needs can be simplified and also easily met when we focus on our life purpose and do what gives us inner joy. Living for a higher cause instead of merely focusing on earning more or being richer than yesterday is the path to ascension. We are preparing to finally open our heart and live soulfully with the joy of giving. By feeling connected to the universe through our inner self, we can ascend to a higher path of our divine destiny. Afterall, the creator is within us and the creator lives through us and helps the world through us. Each of us is an embodiment of the divine self that is capable of bringing heaven to earth.angel-1667772_960_720
  5. Higher Self: While it is easy to believe that we are physical beings with a fixed reality to interact with, spiritual awareness helps us realize our true self that exists beyond space and time. We start experiencing prophecies, clairvoyance, astral travel and miracles that help us believe in our higher self, as a part of us operating from a higher dimension beyond the physical. Recognising that our angelic, divine or higher self is guiding us and helping us throughout our life includes understanding that any angels, deities or beings that we invoke, worship or pray to are actually our own multidimensional self that exists simultaneously in various planes and we are actually awakening our own inner powers through meditation to free more of our consciousness into the higher planes. milky-way-1023340_960_720
  6. Liberation: Many people have believed that we ascend to ‘God’ or ‘heaven’ upon death. However many of us are gaining awareness that unless we learn required lessons and transform ourselves from within, we are unlikely to ascend even if our present lifetime ends. We might manifest a similar situation from life after life until we learn to overcome our fears and accept our inner truth. Through awakening of unconditional love and positive consciousness we raise our vibrations towards ascension. This includes being free of expectations and endless desires in our physicality and feeling more and more peace with each moment of our life. Self contentment helps us detach from the need to reincarnate from one life to another in our physicality so that more of our consciousness can be liberated into the higher or transcedental planes. meditation-2486763_960_720
  7. Home: We may have surely heard of people who believe in ascension and wish to ‘go home’ whether to another planet they believe they are from, or to another star-system, a spacecraft, or to the Source as the next step in their spiritual or soul’s journey. The realization that we are all One Soul or One Being instead of many separate souls is something that helps us actually be at Home right now. We can let go of the illusion of non-duality by witnessing ourself as consciousness and seeing everyone and everything as an extension of our consciousness. Our Home is where our Heart is and our Divine or True Self or Source is simply Love. By going within ourself we can return to our Source or Home righ now, no matter where we may be physically located. The universe is within us and all dimensions and realities are within us as the pure potential of our innermost consciousness. We can through conscious choices, manifest any reality across time and space or simply be at peace with ourself in any moment.heart-2671879_960_720For more interactions join and post on www.aumnow.com

FAQs On Spirituality and Self

There are many different points of views across different spiritual traditions regarding all of life, death and beyond, especially about the Self. Here are some ways to discover our inner truth based on self-introspection and deciding what feels right to you.

1. SELF CONCEPT: Is Spirituality about being Selfish or Self-centred (focusing on yourself and immediate needs) or is it about being Selfless and being a Martyr (sacrificing yourself for others)?

While some religions in the past have glorified selflessness and giving up your life for welfare of others, a few modern spiritual leaders have introduced the idea of being selfish and self-centered by putting yourself first and above all. Finding the balance between these two extreme views can feel hard to most of us.

However, the concept of Self or our True Self is all inclusive, in the sense that we care for ourself, as well as others when needed and as far as possible, while being aware that our inner consciousness can indeed expand and include in its welfare, ourself, our close family and mates, as well as our expanded universe or all that is as we learn, grow and evolve spiritually. As we learn more in our soul’s journey our idea about who we are can transform from personal or limited physicality to universal consciousness. This is however easier to appreciate intelectually than to experience holistically and most of us are still learning to heal ourself and our near ones while parallelly working on planetary and universal healing.

2. WORLD CONCEPT: Is Spirituality about being Otherworldly and disconnected from earth to the point of letting go of all things, or is it about being Worldly wise and focusing on law of attraction to have as much pleasure, wealth or success as possible?

A lot of people have wondered if our world is illusion and if there is another world which is more ‘true’ than this one over here. As such countless people believed in heaven, other-worlds, faerylands, higher dimensions where we are directly in touch wih Truth. On the opposite spectrum are people who believe in the world alone, and that whatever we have to experience happens on earth itself and because we live only once, we have to achieve as much success, fame, prosperity, enjoyment or pleasure as we can before we die. Both point of views can be hard to reconcile for most of us.

At the same time there is a new wave of realization that describes this world as well as other-worlds, as a direct manifestation of our own choices and consciousness levels. We create our universe, our heaven or hell, our life or afterlife and our next level of reality according to this point of view, and not necessarily consciously as our subconscious patterns are likely to be overwhelming. The more we meditate the more we connect with the Source of all there is and become conscious to willingly manifest or attract all our realities both worldly and other-worldly with awareness.

3. SENSITIVITY: Is Spirituality about losing all your sensitivity and being totally unaffected by anything or anyone, or is it about being super-sensitive and getting affected by everything and everyone to the point you cannot take it?

On one hand spiritual meditators say that they are detached from the world and from all thoughts, and connected with deep inner peace and bliss only, and on the other hand we have empaths and healers who can feel, sense and channel energies of people next to them or very far away, or of the planet or other beings, even if it hurts. Many of us try to walk the fine line between being detached from others and being connected with others at an emotional and heart level.

A new perscpective is that we are deeply interconnected with all beings as we are One with all and even as we feel like we are separate souls, we are all part of the One Soul or True Self. Therefore while we can feel intense emotions of others, channel energies and be able to see and feel the situations of other people, past, present or future and even other beings, we can also heal them and ourself simultaneously. As we feel the pain and suffering of others we also have the power to heal the pain and as we send healing so does a part of us receive it because the universe is within. The peace and bliss experienced as a result is the real key to liberation, instead of through detaching from everyone and being unconcerned about others.

4. YOGA: Is Spiritual Meditation about breathing techniques and exercises of the body or is it about concentration and mind?

Some spiritual churches and communities advocate concentrating or’meditating upon’ special holy words or specific images as the way to develop spiritually. Others believe in guided meditation or creative visualization for healing and manifesting a desired life, regardless of religion. At the same time there is a belief that meditation is about breathing exercises or focusing upon breath through ‘Pranayama’ , or observing our physical postures, physical exercises or ‘Hatha Yoga’ which is generally equated with Yoga, or ‘Raja yoga’ which is focused on ‘third-eye’ awakening.

The ‘inner’ view of meditation as a way of self-realization and being aware of ‘Who I Am’, or ‘I Am’ consciousness is quite different. In this point of view meditation is not about focusing on anything outside, such as words, music, images, physical sensations, mudras, eye gazing, postures, exercises, energy work or breath.  Those are various other yogas, whereas meditation is about observing your True Self ‘Within’, not limited to your physicality, mind or breath, but an ‘inner consciousness ‘ which is beyond body and mind. It is a receptive state of openness through which truth can be channeled or realized without making our mind focus on a specific object or activity. If we do begin with focusing on breath, physical action or mental activity or any specific visualization we have to let go of that and focus on simply ‘being with ourself.’

5. GOD: Is Spirituality about relating with a separate being called God above, or is it about being nice and cordial to everyone and living in harmony with outside world?

The traditional ‘theistic’ ideology that there is superior being called ‘God’ who is all-powerful beyond us, and above all of creation has dominated for millenia. We are taught by these systems that spirituality is all about devotional worship of ‘God’ and that belief in ‘God’ will lead us to heaven. We are asked to relate less with the world and more with ‘God’. On the other hand we have also been taught that we must be good to others and live our life in harmony with other people so that we have a good relationship with the world. Atheistic views on the other hand are solely ‘world’ focused with no idea about God or any superior invisible being.

The new understanding of God as not a deity to be worshipped but our True Self to be realized as our own Higher Consciousness, a Higher State of Being that is within all of us Right Now is emerging through Self Realization. The basis of this rationality is that we have all emerged from the same One and therefore contain the essence or energy within and never separate from the Source. In this sense, we need not die to be with God ‘above’ in ‘heaven’ or because God within us here and now, embodied and living as all of us and awaiting realization and awakening. We can be of loving service to the universe until our last breath and therefore unite with God while alive in whichever way we can by knowing Who We Are and Being One with Our True Self.

6. STRESS: Is spirituality about avoiding stress and responsibilities by closing our eyes or is it about taking a lot of stress and solving problems with our physical or mental efforts?

The belief that spirituality is about closing our eyes and isolating ourself from the world like an ascetic or monk is an age-old one. Some people even develop a latent anger or hate towards the world and avoid any responsibility whatsoever for their own family, society, or other creatures in an attempt to be spiritually higher or ‘holier’. At the other end of the spectrum, we have people who are highly stressed out trying to live for others, serving their families at the expense of their own health, working hard for serving corporate machinery and striving through our physical efforts or mental work to solve problems. Are they the real spiritual heroes who work out there and keep our systems going?

Spirituality as inner work, which is not stressful but a state of relaxed self-awareness and inner-transformation is now in practice. We try to neither isolate ourself through cutting off from family, friends and society and being ‘superior’, or get overworked in striving for the good of others while being stressed and drained ourself. Through our inner peace and inner joy, we discover why we are here in the world, we discover our inner source of unconditional love and kindness which is not something to ‘expect’ from the world, but to ‘accept’ within your heart to share, expand and grow in loving consciousness all our life. As we share our own inner treasure of love, peace and joy, we can relax, destress and be aware that we manifest our universe and that all beings are interconnected through our inner-self.

FAQs about Spirituality and Religion

This FAQ is based on the personal experience of the author and is intended to encourage readers to introspect, meditate and discover  truth through self-realization. You are welcome to share your own personal experiences and spread the light.

Is Spirituality the same as Religion?

Spirituality does not always require adherence to any specific religion. Spirituality is an inner path, based on self-realization. Religions can be spiritual if they teach people how to be positive and compassionate from within. Those religions who teach blind faith, promote worship of outer God or deities and promote scriptures as the only way to learn truth may not be an inner path of spirituality.

Are all Religious Scriptures Positive and Love based?

By more than a superficial reading of various popular religious scriptures of various cultures, we can see that all of them have not been positive in all aspects. Gender bias, LGBT bias, racial supremacy, religious superiority complex and bias towards human specie have been clearly promoted through certain holy texts. In how many religious scriptures do we find a focus on animal rights, LGBT rights, women’s equality and racial equality which are our common human values in the modern world today? Fear of blasphemy and heresy have been used to prevent updating of holy books or scriptures that were written to suit earlier notions although each holy book often claims to be the one true word of God.

Is there One True Religion?

Religions have been culture specific beliefs prevalent in specific places and later spread or shared cross-culturally. There are far too many religions to be named here and many of them have a foundation of peace, love, kindness and regard for all of nature. We all have a common truth that ideally transcends religious or cultural boundaries and this common truth might be shared between various religions to some or the other extent. Any religion that claims to be the only one truth may be superiority-based or even fundamentalist, and not a source of true unity.

Is Spirituality about an outer God/ Devil or Inner Self?

We all can see a reality around us and know that we exist in a universe, but not all of us realize that each and every one of our situations, realities and life experiences are self-created projections or manifestations. Most people have been blaming either God or Devil for everything in the world. The magical and illusory nature or ‘maya’ of our universe can slowly be understood through awakening of our own inner consciousness through meditation and self-realization.

Who is the Devil?

Some people promote belief in a specific being called Devil as the source of all evil. Through meditation and an honest introspection we may find that our own hateful or ignorant beliefs, ego-based ideas, negative thoughts or harmful deeds in the past may in-fact be the source of evil, both individual or collective. All negative entities or energies, no matter what we name them, may be fear-based creations of our individual or collective minds that can appear quite real in this ‘matrix’ or illusion of reality. Deeply transforming our fears to love may be necessary for healing.

Who is God?

God as a source of unlimited Love and creator of all there is may not be a limited entity or personality. There is an unlimited love energy or consciousness that is present in all beings and waiting to be awakened. This energy is not of a specific gender or form and includes divine feminine and masculine in itself. All positive entities, loving deities, higher angels or positive energies may be creations or forms of our individual and collective love based consciousness. This higher consciousness or Source may be what many of us call God or Goddess or simply our Highest Self.

Is there a Higher Truth beyond our World?

Most people have been too busy in the outer world to give time to self-realization. They have been unaware that through our mind we can create either negative or positive realities in our life. Highly awakened spiritual masters have consistently guided us that all people, material possessions and life-events are manifested or attracted through our consciousness or unconsciousness. Those who believe only in the outer world or outer deities may at first find it hard to appreciate this view.

How can we Realize Truth or Know God?

Religions may have claimed that God or Truth can be known only through worship or through obedience to scriptures. Through self-realization we can personally witness the magical nature of the universe and how it is within us. We can see that healing can be sent and received regardless of religious belief because we are all interconnected beyond all differences. We might find that all things are impermanent or illusory but only deep inner love is true. By realizing our own inner source of unconditional kindness and love those who are on the inner-path can know God as our common inner truth that unites us as One.

How can we Heal ourselves?

Healing literally means rejoining or feeling whole. By feeling separate from the creator we cannot really be healed. Our healing journey begins when we learn to remember how we have been creating our life. We can be a witness to our own self and watch our own life transform through love based positive beliefs, positive thoughts and positive deeds. This happens only through deep inner healing including self-forgiveness, channeling positive energy and acceptance of our present moment as the point of positive transformation regardless of our past. Our true divine potential or Highest Self is always within us.

How can we Heal the World or our Collective Reality?

Most religious believers have left the task of healing the world to an outer God. At the same time through self-realization many people have personally experienced their own inner powers of healing and compassion. It is found that we heal our life, we also begin to magically heal others individuals or groups in kind and loving ways. True love unites us as One through our deeply felt inner awareness of magical abundance and higher consciousness. Both individually or in groups we can all heal our collective and individual self through love-based consciousness. A good place to begin is our own heart through meditation.

Who Created The Universe?

We all seem to be alive in this world, working for money, learning things, enjoying sensory experiences….but who are we and why are we here? Who has sent us here? Are we living in an mentally projected illusion or in a fixed reality? Who has crafted the structure of this elegant universe?

pi-1458972_960_720

There are four kinds of beliefs and your views are likely to fall into one or more of these at any point of time. This is a chance to read and reflect upon your own understanding rather than an answer to the questions above. You might find your awareness shifting if you remain open.

Viewpoint 1: Why Bother?

human-2538458_960_720

Most people in recent times seem to be so absorbed in the business of what they call life, that they simply do not find time to ask these big questions. They go on about their existences as if the questions above are completely irrelevant. According to them as long as they are following the crowd and doing exactly what they are told or taught by their schools and workplaces, it is quite sufficient as they are ‘confirming’ to the rules of the world and being consumers. Moreover a large part of this population has also believed that it is impossible to actually prove any point of view regarding creation and creator, therefore entangling ourselves in these type of thoughts gives absolutely no solution. Religion they have seen, has been a waste of time and has led to strife and wars, instead of any real benefit. Therefore they pursue their day to day existence as  materialists, or as those among atheists or agnostic who do not wish to spend much time in spiritual self-reflection or realization, while focusing attention on media, shopping and outer information instead. Enjoying money, body and power, or being unhappy, angry or jealous when we do not have enough and others do…they may blame circumstances, conspiracies and the world system for all that they feel is wrong while at the same time trying out some form of spirituality or religion as a quick fix or escape whenever convenient, without going too deep.

Viewpoint 2: An External Entity or Alien Created Us

fantasy-2693746_960_720

Even among those with a scientific temperament, the belief that we are living in a simulated reality is strong. Science fiction as well as conventional religion has put many of us in a ‘matrix’ mindset of an AI created world or an entity created reality. Their reasoning stems from an external observation of the universe that reveals its magnificent fractal patterns and perfect geometry, as well as the highly intelligent order in everything, from our atoms to cells, to organisms and galaxies. This wonderful structure of our world seems to indicate the presence of a digitally precise ‘creator entity’. Naturally it has to be a person who is of a superior intelligence, higher than an average human. Could it be an AI with superior computer brain-power who printed our original and self-replicating designs and patterns of life with evolution ‘programmed in’? Or have alien beings from a higher world or a scientifically more advanced star-civilisation, whether good or evil, ‘seeded’ us on earth for purposes best known to them. Reptilian, Draconian, Pleiadian, Arcturian, Sirian…there may be several alien beings with various interests, say these theorists. Alien abductions seem to be a norm among these believers who feel that physical yet invisible spaceships can materialize around us anytime and beam us up. The way our genes have been designed and the gaps in the conventional ‘Darwinian models of evolution’ also pointed some of us to an external hand in the development of our consciousness. But, the question remains – if we were created by an external entity, then who created that entity?

Viewpoint 3: A Divine ‘God’ Who Is Apart from Us Created Us

religion-2774761_960_720

While alien simulation theorists might believe in an external creator being or many creators who are either neutral, benevolent or selfish, monotheistic religious believers worship and pray to an external entity they call God imagining Him to be a divine, all-seeing being who was created himself and can fulfil wishes and help us when we are in trouble. Why did this God create us? Is it because he simply wanted someone to interact with,or to fulfil his creative ideas? And were our ancestors banished down on earth because we disobeyed God? Will seeking repentance for this and other ‘sins’ make him forgive us and accept us back. Does this God person wish us good or simply wish for us to obey or ‘submit’ to him as many believe. Must we let go of all our earthly desires and like faithful slaves, surrender to the higher will of God who is far away from us and wants us to return to Him? Will converting other people and guiding them to serve ‘God’ through the ‘His word’ found through religious books and commandments as spoken by His chosen Prophets, Messiah or a special Avatar please Him and win us favours in his heaven and paradise when he accepts us back for all our ‘good work’ down here on earth? Those who believe ‘Yes’ do so only because their chosen books and religions have said this. Some of them do say ‘God is Love’ but not our inner love within us. He is according to most believers, an ‘outer’ being who they hope will love them as his special chosen family if they join specific religious groups or sects and follow their books, beliefs or methods of worship.

Viewpoint 4: The Creator is Within Us

earth-2822497_960_720

Surprising to the holders of viewpoint 3 above, there is a growing tribe of meditators who say that God is Within. Those who believe that God is far away, are stunned beyond measure. How can we in this limited human body, with all our flaws and weaknesses, ever compare ourselves to God, the creator of all there is. Can we create the world? Can we simulate reality, situations and even other beings through our ‘third-eye’ or visualization skills or through the magical power of thoughts? Can we heal ourself and our planet without calling upon an external God? The only way to find out is to look within. If we stay asleep and keep following other people’s beliefs, we can only go as far as they have on this wonderful journey of self-discovery. When we try to meditate and awaken our own consciousness, many of us begin to work magic. We can witness exact realities being created to match our wishes and desires. People, situations, events, work, health…no matter what we hold within our heart and mind, we can manifest in our life, regardless of religion. We seem to have the power of the Creator at least to some extent. Could it be that our own Higher Self is the all-creator at some higher dimension of consciousness? Do we have parallel existences as a higher being beyond our physical and mental self? Have we created our world and forgotten who we are? Or is there an external entity of person, Alien, AI matrix, God or Devil who has been granting our wishes while we believed it was our Higher Self or Inner Self? Again if there was an external entity. whether good, evil or neutral, responsible for manifesting our life, then who created that entity? Surely there is a need to go deeper and discover the Highest One and realize that if everything has emerged from that One Source, then we must carry this source energy very much within our-self.

ask-2341784_960_720

Are we fools to believe in our inner-self and doomed or condemned to Judgement Day or Hell just because we believe in our own innate powers of love, intuition and healing? Or are fear based notions the result of centuries of ignorance and self-victimization?

Spirituality, in contrast to Conventional Religion or Science is all about

  • Finding the inner source of divine love and compassion
  • Awakening our naturally endowed divine powers to heal and help our-self and others regardless of religion or belief
  • Being able to manifest our own positive reality and highest good
  • Refraining from judging, fighting with or converting others
  • Realizing the illusory nature of reality by recognizing our mental-projections all around us in our daily life
  • Focusing on discovering what is within us instead of being absorbed in outer world
  • Learning to raise our unity consciousness through meditation, intuition and self-introspection

Whether through science or religion, if we keep looking for a creator outside us, we may only find illusion or ‘maya’. We need to find our connection with the highest One creative source through a deeper inner realization instead of just believing in an external entity or simulator God/Gods/ Devil/ Alien/AI. No matter what science or religion might say, we can choose to stay open to self-discovery beyond any rigid belief.

Nine Ideas That Suggest We Live in a Simulation

Top scientists and philosophers have been debating this topic for quite some time now…wondering whether the universe we live in could be a simulation. Let’s examine the key features of this idea and leave it to you to figure out the rest:

  1. DIVINE SIMULATION: The idea of the universe being some sort of a simulation has been explored in science fiction, literature and philosophy for a long time. Several millennia ago ancient Vedic texts have proposed that the entire universe is a dream like simulation emerging like a lotus from the navel of Narayana or Mahavishnu as he sleeps and dreams up Brahma, and Brahma in turns unleashes the entire universe into repetitive cycles of creation and destruction in each of his days and nights. Fast forward to the 19th century when Edgar Allan Poe once asked, ‘Is all that we see or seem, But a dream within a dream?

maha

2. VIRTUALLY REAL: The 1964 science fiction novel Simulacron-3 by by Daniel F. Galouye brought forward a world of virtual reality where a simulation is so real that the characters within it live human lives just as we do unaware that they are infact simulations. This book became the inspiration for movies such as The Thirteenth Floor that explored the idea of  simulation within a simulation where simulated beings can simulate other universes within their own simulations. If the world really could be some sort of a limited simulation with a digital edge as shown in this movie, what about our own world with its amazing electromagnetic auroras at the poles of our own planet?

3. A CRYOGENIC DREAM: Does simulation necessarily have to be a computerised one? Could our dreams be a simulation. How about the day to day events we engross ourselves in, the places we visit, the adventures we experience? In the 1981 published Simulacra and Simulations, by Jean Baudrillard which was also an inspiration for The Matrix movies, the author writes, ‘ Disneyland is a perfect model of all the entangled orders of simulation. To begin with it is a play of illusions and phantasms: pirates, the frontier, future world, etc…..  By an extraordinary coincidence (one that undoubtedly belongs to the peculiar enchantment of this universe), this deep-frozen infantile world happens to have been conceived and realized by a man who is himself now cryogenized: Walt Disney, who awaits his resurrection at minus 180 degrees centigrade.’ Walt Disney, it turned out, was not actually cryogenized. Yet the 1997 came the film ‘Open Your Eyes‘ featuring a character who is dreaming up his complex ‘reality’ while actually sleeping in a cryogenic state. So could we be in a sleep like state awaiting our awakening while being so attached to this dream like world we are living in?

4. A REALITY SHOW CALLED LIFE: Could we be characters simulated by a higher reality being who is actually having the time of his life watching all of us go through our lives? In the 20th century The Truman Show made many of us imagine we could be watched right now. Frightening? You bet! True? You’ll never know until you find out!

5. THE AI ANGLE: Nick Bostrum in 2003 proposed the Simulation argument based on the idea of a future ‘super-intelligent’ civilisation that could create Artificial Intelligence (AI) of powers so enormous that they could infact simulate worlds much like ours. This made many of us think, what if, we were already in one such simulation and what if we were infact a simulation, with all our ‘naadis’ and ‘chakras’ and our ‘etheric’ blueprint being merely the digital energy channels flowing through our simulated bodies?

6. INTELLIGENT PATTERNS AND LEAPS: Intelligent Design theorists quote the complex and specified information content in DNA (which we now know can store more data than most of our computer systems), and the geologically rapid origin of biological diversity in the fossil record during the Cambrian explosion approximately 530 million years ago to propose that ‘Certain features of the universe and of living things are best explained by an intelligent cause, not an undirected process such as natural selection.’

7. AN EXTERNAL CREATOR: Intelligent Design might have been a disputed theory, but if we look around us there are ample examples of a natural intelligence within the universe, whether it be the fractals of nature or the fibonacci sequence and the golden ratio seen in each growing plant, whether the spores of cauliflowers, spiral leaves or the petals of a flower. The infinite permutations and combinations in nature and the universe seem to be a play of numbers. Creationists try to use this as an excuse to propose that there is an ‘external’ God being who has created the entire world through this intelligent design. Could the 216 lettered or numbered name of ‘God’ be really hidden in the ‘fibonacci’ cube of Metatron. On the other hand Simulation Theorists hold that keeping God aside, nature has indications that we might be living in a complex life like computer simulation created by a higher intelligence which is no more divine than it is AI. In either case the universe does seem to be a mathematical wonder to say the least.

8. SELF-SIMULATED MIND REALITY: The New Age metaphysicist would be likely to agree that the Law of Attraction does work and we all do seem to somehow manifest our life experiences through our conscious as well as subconscious thoughts. Decades ago this was called ‘witchcraft’ and believed to be an ‘occult’ power possessed by some individual ‘witches’ and ‘wizards’ who could change reality at will. Today we are all discovering our our inner power and attract love, health, success and money our way. Well if we do seem to be able to change the permutations and combinations of our life from moment to moment through mindfulness then what does it tell us about the nature of our reality? Could it be a simulation fed through our own minds, somewhat like those latest AI websites that self-design based on the text content that you feed in? Is our conscious and subconscious mind constantly providing the data to this ‘project’ called the universe?

9. ARE WE THE ULTIMATE DIVINE CREATOR: If the world is a simulation created through our minds as we have the power within to change any aspect of our life at will, could we infact be the ultimate higher world simulators of our own reality projecting mentally in this lower world. Is our Higher Self the Creator itself who is dreaming up this entire universe including our own lower existences in these infinite incarnations and reincarnations from time to time and place to place. Could meditation be the way we literally ‘wake up’ our inner ‘Narayana’ whose subconscious messages we are channelling all the time in the form of this energy called existence. After all the dreamer and the dream are no different. It’s the dreamers own subconscious that becomes his or her dream and even sends messages to help him or her awaken. Perhaps the divine lotus of this ‘divine’ dream-world is our own Sahasrara or crown chakra which becomes the ‘flower’ of life and the fibonacci pattern of the universe, leading us back to the wormhole or ‘vishnu naabhi’ – the navel of creation? Back to our real self!
