Written in 2020 by Rev. Swati Prakash this book offers information and guidance to debunk 150 common arguments including spiritual blocks against Veganism. The author has been a spiritual healer for several years and has observed common misconceptions throughout childhood and adult life prevalent in families, educational systems, and reinforced by governments and private institutions as well as our medical communities in an abject way. Common are perceptions that humans are different from ‘animals’, plants might be sentient too, and that it is a ‘necessary evil’ to consume animal products or services for our welfare as a species or to dominate over nature, God made us special and we need to be on top of the food chain, or that we are predators or omnivores. All these and more are dealt with in great detail.
