Ten Steps to Awaken From the Matrix

The world has been divided through religion, caste, race, gender norms, sexuality and other complex factors for far too long. However in reality we observe only two types of people, awakening or unconscious. So what exactly is awakening and how can we gain consciousness regardless of the many confusions witnessed around us?

  1. Know You Are Dreaming: We all sleep and dream, yet majority of people do not realize that the world we are living in is also a dreamworld, where our mind is generating our reality.  When our eyes are open we might be actually asleep,  much like a dream in which we also see so many things and people around ourselves. Most people who are asleep in their daily ‘waking life’ find it extremely hard to believe that their life is also a dream. They think that all things that they can see, touch, feel, smell, taste or hear in their daily life are far more real than what the very same things they see in their dreams.   2. Note and Pay Attention to Your Dreams: Begin your awakening by truly paying attention to what is happening when you go to bed at night. Note down your dreams so that you make a habit of paying attention to them and remembering them. After a daily practice of keeping a dream journal, you will begin to see your dreams much more clearly and yourself notice how ‘real’ or lucid your dreams can actually be. Slowly you will begin to note how your thoughts including subconscious mind can generate your dreams, and you will begin to be awake in your dreams so that you can move about, fly, astral travel or do whatever you like or even change it at your will. It is within these dreams, which you may have ignored so far, that you will learn more about your subconscious mind and how it can project various realities.redblue
  3. Meditate: We do not ‘wake up’ just because we die. We may just go from dream to dream, wandering in illusions. Awakening is about gaining consciousness and meditation is the key. Not only when you sleep at night, but also when you are going about your life throughout the day, you can find some time to sit quietly and close your eyes. By focusing on your inner world, you can literally ‘hear’ your unconscious self-talk or see what is going on in your mind. What you can observe you can also control. By focusing on your third eye through your breath in meditation, and observing inner silence, you can gain power over your mind. Self-defeating or harmful thoughts can be overcome and replaced by positive affirmations that can be quite magical. You can even learn to astral travel and to generate dreams at your will with enough practice and slowly you start seeing how you can influence your everyday reality too.   4. Stay Non-Attached to Senses: We all get a lot of stimuli or information flowing into our mind through our senses. If you have been alert in your dreams and gained lucidity to some extent you would notice that in our dreaming we can be affected by all our senses. Just like we get entangled and involved with all our senses in our dreams, we also remain entangled and involved in our daily life in a constant pursuit of flavor, enjoyment, entertainment and pleasure. Dazed and enticed by our senses we buy into the illusion all around us everyday and imagine that we are in a very ‘real’ world. In contrast when we gain power over our senses, we stop chasing sensory pleasures all the time and become more meditative instead. For instance saying no to drugs, quitting smoking, reducing dependence on sex and alcohol, or going vegan can be the first steps in gaining self-control and consciousness for most people who have been addicted to their senses.   5. Question Reality: The ‘law of attraction’ says that we manifest things or people into our life based on our energy vibrations such as thoughts or emotional state. Science too confirms that we are living in an illusory ‘simulation’ and that matter is in-fact made up of energy. Yet, the moment we learn the ‘law of attraction’ we use the ‘secret’ to make more money, have more pleasurable relationships, or merely enjoy life, without realizing that it is merely an illusion. Or, if we are skeptical and more scientific instead we keep ‘peeling the layers’ of the reality onion seeking more and and more sub-atomic particles within particles of ‘matter’ which is actually energetic in nature. What we really need to do is look within ourselves too and not just keep researching the outer world so that we can see where this simulation is coming from.   6. Stay Away From Dogma: While we all respect religions and seek peace, we also need to not subscribe to dogmatic faith that requires some kind of ‘belief system’ to be imposed from the outside. We need to be aware that regardless of faith, or independent of which deity you pray to or whether you go to Church, Temples, Mosques, or any other religious place, prayers can be at times answered in amazing ways. Similarly, if you are an atheist you can still manifest something through simply believing in yourself or by holding a strong intention. Therefore any religious group or institution that tells you that only their belief or deity is true or powerful is clearly mistaken. Even worse would be those who frighten people with images of a ‘devil’ or ‘evil spirits’ influencing your life if you do not bow to ‘their God’. Such dogmas keep people bound to superstitious beliefs that prevent a real search for truth by looking inwards and witnessing how you are creating your life.matrix

Forgive and Detach From Your Story:  Imagine a virtual reality show or movie where you could go into the game and experience it with all your sensations along with your emotions, as if you are the character. This is exactly what is happening in our life too which is very much like a dream unfolding through our senses and generated by mental perceptions. However bound with all our emotions and dramas we keep prolonging our illusion and remain asleep. Just like while dreaming we need to wake up by detaching from the story in our dream, similarly we can also detach from our story in our ‘waking life’. Everything that has happened all the way up till the present moment has been nothing more than a dream. We will see how we have been very unconscious since our birth or past lives, and have contributed unconsciously to the development of all the systems we have place all around us in this world and have also generated all our victim states when being abused or suffering through any timeline within the matrix. We all have not just this one physical body that we see in the mirror, but also inner bodies of light that form the major blueprints of our existence in physical as well as astral worlds and higher dimensions.

Chakras are often visualized as wheels of light and are important energy centers through which our spiritual, mental and emotional energy flows. Our chakras not only connect with the physical body, our endocrine glands and various biological systems but also compose the overall frequency and brightness of our aura or light body.

Our aura indicates our health and energy state that determines all aspects of our life including our career, relationships, prosperity, emotional state, intellect, higher powers and spiritual awareness. The aura can have various layers much like a luminous cocoon or shell invisibly surrounding the individual and indicating his or her electromagnetic field. Here are some wonderful ways we can keep our Chakras and Aura healthy and bright:

  1. Meditation and Channeling of Energy: When we meditate, detaching from the surrounding energies and drawing our attention instead to our inner self, we give energy to our chakras automatically. Through meditation our focus returns to who we are, our inner state of peace, light and love that is at the core of each being. This inner peace can help us channel or bring energy wherever it is needed in our body, mind and life including our chakras or spiritual energy centers. Simply close your eyes, sit in a relaxed yet alert posture with spine straight and legs folded either on a chair or floor, and allow attention to return to your center by looking within yourself, at the silent space within you. Observe your inner peace and if any thoughts or emotional turbulence is observed, allow it to settle on its own with your focus on your inner silence through regular and committed practice of at least 30 minutes a day. Through meditation spiritual energy of peace and universal love is automatically channeled, while training in Reiki and pranic energy is also helpful in accelerating this connection with the higher self for inner healing.

Breathing Exercises and Yoga: In a meditative state when we are channeling higher or positive energy of universal peace and love, we also can breathe through our various energy centers or chakras to direct energy in and out of our spiritual body. Wearing the colors associated with the chakra that you wish to work with, or focusing on colorful mandalas or yantras designed specifically for the chakras one at a time during meditation can also help in healing each chakra with light. We all create our own realities through our consciousness. Our world is a direct reflection of our energy states. Everything I know about ESP – Russell Targ

Seven Ways People Stay Unhappy and How to Transform From Within

We all create our own sorrows as a way of learning and growing towards the light. Our pain draws attention to those suppressed or repressed parts of ourself that need healing. While some people are constantly stuck in the same unhappy situations, others move on transformed, healed and awakened. What is the difference?

1. Unhappy people keep thinking about their suffering and want someone (else) to help them. They love talking about their past with everyone they meet because it is necessary for them to attract sympathy and emotional support but they often find that people are not always equipped to help them in concrete ways. They also haunt religious places seeking answers to their prayers through a deity outside them and feel excited or frustrated when it coincidentally ‘works’ or does not. What they really need is the right inner work to begin transforming their situation. The right spiritual perspective would be scientific and self empowering. Therapies to heal the past patterns from within help realize our own karma through which we created our situation. To focus on learning how to manifest a better situation through our own energetic shift would be much more helpful than looking around.

2. Unhappy people feel they are victims of jealousy, attacks and conspiracies. Their energy is constantly drained in seeking confirmation that they have indeed been manipulated, targeted and made scapegoats by each and everyone, whether their own family, friends or systems of the world. If you have not yet been blamed by them for any of their miseries you soon will! Happy people in contrast look within themselves to realize that the people and systems that they attract into their life are somehow deeply connected to their level of consciousness. They understand that the universe is within them and all of their unconscious parts are exposed in the form of the collective that sometimes seems dysfunctional or limiting. These enlightened people are able to raise the consciousness of individuals or masses by their light, thereby transforming those very systems that others kept blaming all the time.

3. Unhappy people enjoy reading negative, controversial news and gossip to feed their mind with information and are eager to share those on social media and in personal interactions. Often these stories become what ‘everyone is talking about’ in social circles around the world. Media highlights the most negative stories even more because they know what catches the public fancy and adds to their circulation. Happy people on the other hand are aware that there are infinitely more positive things to be grateful for and a lot of really good people with inspiring stories to share. If they see or read a negative story their focus is on how they can personally shift the energy of the situation through their inner power, by sending healing or manifesting change and not just looking around for someone else to fix the situation. They believe in themselves.

4. Unhappy people seek to fill their emptiness with meaningless relationships, false friends, unhealthy and excess food, unecessary shopping and other addictions. They try to enhance their self worth through their looks, labels, wealth, certifications or popularity to help them project a better image or status outwardly. They are unable to enjoy space, silence, nature, or their own presence. Happy people on the other hand choose minimalism over excess. They know that ‘less is more’ and that they only need so much that they actually require for optimal living, whether in real estate, wardrobe, refrigerator, newsfeeds, inbox messages, edicational degrees or bank balance. Gaining consciousness and being self content is tremendously more satisfying than acculumating things or knowledge.

5. Unhappy people would love fatalism, prophecies, predictions and psychic readings to give them definitive answers. They want to be told what their future is, as if it were happening outside them. They feel unsure, incapable or undeserving of the power to manifest their own destiny, so much so that they judge others who believe in their inner power. Happy people love being centered in the creative spirit within them. They know that the universal life force energy does not flow from outside but from the universe within. They are aware of how each person or thing in their life is projected through their inner consciousness. They have seen the power of creative visualization in action through their own practice and do not require external proof.

6. Unhappy people are afraid to upgrade their beliefs. They hold on to the known because it is comfortable for them. They hang out with the same people they are accustomed to especially based on caste, race, religion, looks or social status. They watch the same senseless television shows and read the same quality of books just to follow the crowd. As a result their consciousness remains at the same level for a very long time. Happy people on the other hand manifest the next higher level of being. They attract more bliss and peace instead of everything else.

7. Unhappy people label themselves as ‘unhappy’. Their belief that they are unhappy people attracts more unhappiness to them. They speak of being unhappy as their present condition as if they have no choice. A happy person has been very unhappy in the past, sometimes even till today or perhaps even until this very moment. They may have suffered greatly, but gain awareness in the present moment to choose happiness right now. They accept their suffering as a catalyst for inner awakening. They trust that somehow from right now onwards, they can and will initiate at least some form of change. Through this scientific faith they begin to unfold a truly happy life from this moment forward.

Five Ways to Rise Above instead of Fight Negativity

We all have been ‘Warriors of Light’ fighting against evil and injustice. Just like heroes and superheroes in fiction who battle dark and oppressive forces, in real life we take up a similar role as activists struggling against day-to-day challenges, social evils, corporate control, political agendas and corrupt systems. While fighting the perceived enemy keeps us engaged in the ‘matrix’ of the world, could there be a better way to create the change we seek from within and elevate ourselves instead? Here are some ideas that can help us raise our consciousness and rise above problems:

  1. See Ourselves as Manifesters and not Victims of Situations: The entire concept of ‘us’ against ‘them’ is based on duality and the illusion of separation between ourselves and the others. If we see each other as parts of the same One consciousness who is manifesing the universe from moment to moment, we will know that none of us need to feel like victims any longer. In some way we are constantly manifesting each situation we are facing at all times. Through this empowered perspective, we can focus on what we need to manifest right now, instead of merely feeling sorry for ourself or the situation we are in. For example, if we are upset at religious oppression of women in certain nations, instead of fighting with their internal religious systems to slowly ‘grant’ women some of their rights, we can recognize women’s rights as international human rights so that archaic regimes can be replaced with progressive ones.   5. Find a Common Ground for Unity: Conflicts and opposition take place because we have not yet discovered love and compassion that unites us together. Through kindness and empathy we can see through our divergent point of views and reach a better understanding of each other regardless of our differences. When we place focus on the common values of love, peace, joy, freedom, wellness and abundance which are desirable to all beings regardless of race, culture, gender and religion, our differences suddenly seem less significant. By working together to enhance our experience of life through shared values we can reduce much tension and stress in our world and transform fights to harmony. 9 Signs We Are Indeed Awakening In a Simulation

Scientists and technologists have been debating and asking if we are living in a simulation, somewhat like the ‘Matrix’ movies in which a characer termed the Architect’ describes of how he has designed a mathematically precise world where humans live out their lives unaware that they are in a digital dream-world.
Here are a few obvious hints that we are indeed living in a Holographic dreamworld of mathematical precision and some crucial signs that we are Awakening.
1. Fractals everywhere: Everything in this world from our galaxies, to clouds, to seashores, to leaves, shells, body parts, neurons are fractals created through repeating mathematical patterns that can be easily programmed and projected into a simulation from a computer using simple rules. So where is this computer that has programmed our fractal universe?

2. Sacred geometry: As revealed in fractals, everything has geometry associated with it, which is simply mathematics appearing in visual form in nature, at cosmic and minute levels, whether in the movement of planets or corollas of flowers, or atomic and subatomic structures. For example: the flower or life and merkaba forms. Is there really a person or AI outside somewhere, who has programmed our world this way?

3. Holographic grand design: Fractals may indicate that the overall design of the universe is holographic, a projection where each part contains the whole within itself.
The patterns we see in the physical world whether in the larger macroscopic universe of spiralling galaxies or smaller microscopic levels of subatomic components, all indicate a holographic projection of, as if projected straight out of a ‘higher’ computer that has simulated our world. What seems like many billion years of creation to us will relatively be a few moments or days to the simulator paralleling the multi-religious concepts of 7 Days of Creation of God or the Kalpas of Brahma in Vishnu’s dream world if we see time and relative and inter-dimensional. Who is this God and Where is He or She or It who is projecting the world?

4. Lucid Imagination and Dreams: Our mind through hypnogogic imagination and dreams can simulate reality as precisely or better than any known highly advanced computer. With practice we can see, smell, taste, feel emotions, talk, hear, touch, walk, fly even read books in our dreams as clearly and lucidly as we do in real life. If we were to note our dreams each night and practice meditation we will be able to remember and be lucid in our dreams to be able to be ‘alive’ and ‘aware’ in dreams. Similarly we can also master how to imagine and create a fantasy world in our waking hours by clearly seeing images, words, symbols and visions in our third eye that can be equally lucid if we are sufficiently relaxed and focused. Our mind (subconscious and conscious) can simulate reality prefectly well in dream states whether in meditation or in sleep. We also have gadgets that can help us experience lucidity at will, although we may not actually require them. Do we all have our own inner powers to simulate reality without computers?

5. Clairvoyance: With practice we find that our dreams are not simply random images and sensations put together by our subconscious but also provide either symbolic or clear information regarding our past, present or future. At times we can see exact visions of situations in our dreams as we would actually experience later. Similarly with training we can develop our meditative vision or third-eye to see our past, present or future clearly too. This is not limited to vision but also to all our senses, through which we can not only see but touch, feel, smell, hear and taste something from our past, from distance or future as if we are really there and we can also verify it to be accurate through our direct experience through time. In this way time turns out to be just another dimension that we experience and can move through backwards or forwards. Although science or physics can lead us into time travel as shown in ‘interstellar’, we can also have meditative experiences of the same when we are indeed ready or awakened. How many of us are awakened beyond time?

6. Telepathy: All minds are one mind. This can only be verified through telepathic awareness. We all have moments of telepathy although we could have easily dismissed this. We have reached each other mentally to know who is about to call, what will be said to us, to even give a message to someone through our mind or heart communication instead of through letters or internet. In our technological age we have developed a dependency on gadgets, however if we do continue to meditate we can be receivers or projectors of messages and visions that can reach others or us through others. Remote viewing of any place or situation through long distance, psychometry or remote viewing/ sensing through an object, or simply telepathic energy sensation is possible and verified by psychics who are developing their abilities. This only points to us that we are indeed interconnected in our reality and all separation of our minds is mere illusion as our energy networks all across space and time through everyone and everything. Could we all be energetically interconnected with each other across time and space?

7. Synchronicity: Things happen that make us believe there are no co-incidences in life. Just like our dreams are not mere random sensations and thoughts put together by our unconscious mind, our reality around us is also not just a random collection of events. We can see signs of synchronicity in the way something or someone appears suddenly and we were just thinking about it. Just like our browsing data or daily life is secretly tracked through our phones and computers to present us messages and advertisements that are ‘relevant content’, our universe also ‘out of the blue’ presents us relevant content based on our mind patterns. We can see numbers and patterns everywhere telling us that things are less random and more interconnected than we imagined. A random pick of tarot cards could not be that random if it gives us a precise message or image of what was actually happening or would be happening in our life. In any moment can we see clear signs of meaningful connectedness with not only each other but everything in the world?

8. Law of Attraction: We all know by now that we attract what we think, what we believe and what we are. Our hidden and conscious mind-stuff is being played out in our reality when we can see our life move in a way that our mind moves. Negative thoughts, attitudes, feelings and beliefs create negative experiences while positive ones create positive experiences in our daily life. Often it takes some practice to break out of negative patterns through conscious awareness and replace them with positive ideas and patterns of living or believing that transform our life by reprogramming our consiousness. Are we the programmers of our individual or collective universe?

9. Magical Manifestation: With sufficient practice of the power of our mind, emotions and visualization, we can actually project real situations, experiences, and even people, through our mind as if our mind is the magical computer that is creating or simulating the projection around us that we call reality. It may be hard for skeptics to believe this but those who practice these skills can get direct experiences of actually creating or manifesting their life not just unconsciously but very consciously at will. We are no longer in the illusion that we are controlled from outside AI simulators or God(s) in heaven, or that we are in someone else’s dream-world as a mere character. We see our own power of creation and our own life as a lucid-dream that we can control at will to influence any event in our world. If anything and anyone can be projected into our life at our will, then who is the creator of our universe?

We are all one awakening consciousness present simultaneously in our projected univese and within ourself. As science and religions look around us to find the source of this projected holographic reality, meditation helps us look within and discover who we are.

Rather a Fool Who Predicts Wrong Than a Wise Man Who Predicts None?

Peter Diamandis (author of BOLD) recently blogged a weltanschauung on tech predictions for the next 20 years. He does makes a point in a similar post few years back that it is not so much as the predictions themselves but what they represent, that intrigues him, namely an exponential growth curve said technology follows based on the apodictic principle that the computing power enabling them doubles every two years insomuch it goes from being deceptive through disruptive to finally, democratizing the service (think of the many bundled apps on your smartphone that had a physical equivalent a decade ago). This is what technopreneurs quote as the ‘6Ds of exponential technology’.

It is no secret humans are wired to think linearly so this sort of growth curve is often difficult to grok (reason why the first phase is deceptive). It is naturally, harder to believe that way before your horse and buggy days, human consciousness may have actually peaked even well before the Golden Age of Egypt as evidenced by archeoastronomy in cue with the ancients and latter day saints and seers who averred that human consciousness mutates in cycles (imagine a trade-off between a straight line and hyperbola), with tendency to rise and fall over a period of 24,000 years often cited as The Great Year.

That said, how about a wager on scientific discoveries/advances for the next 20 years? My top 10!

2019In the beginning, black holes seeded the baby universe: This upends the current belief that black holes are simply the aftermath of large stars (or, that it appeared a lot later in the timeline of our universe after the same stars had formed and collapsed) proving black holes existed before the first stars were born; similar to swirling black coffee becoming visible after milk is added as physicist Nassim Haramein describes it but also accounts for much of the newly found primordial dark matter.

2021 – Wormholes: ER = EPR is now taught in high-school where entangled black holes are akin to a network of wormholes explaining the ‘fundamental interconnectedness of all things’ as popularized by Dick Gently’s Holistic Detective Agency and what any fan of Douglas Adams would have told you!

2023 – Okay, there isn’t a 9th planet. It is in all probability, another star (possibly a brown dwarf) and Sol/Sun seemingly has a binary twin: After chasing tails and trails for nearly a decade, leading astronomers finally confirmed what was suspected all along – binary systems are common and our star is no exception. ‘Dogon’ it!

2025 Cure for cancer is found: Yes, a cure for cancer is out (for real), not just consistent in human trials but also affordable. This isn’t exactly a surprise as several breakthroughs (here, here and here) were already news and really took a little longer to process and perfect before it was available to all.

2027 – Cure for HIV found: Always a foregone conclusion once cell manipulation coupled with gene editing got cookie-cutter easy…

2029 – Contact: Physicist Michio Kaku wasn’t kidding when he said, we will find ET in this century. If anything, he overestimated. After much hand-wringing, SETI in a public statement acknowledged the ‘signal’ smacks of extra-terrestrial intelligence. Funny enough, all it elicited was a smirk from the CE9 leader (Close Encounters of the Ninth Kind) who was present in the audience and asked to comment.

2031- Modest Continuous Big Bang: Now, eastern eschatology has always maintained that creation is cyclic. Ever since it was mathematically surmised, black holes allow information transfer to white holes, it was only a matter of time (pun intended) that westerners were able to verify the universe is expanding only to contract back into a singularity. Credit to Itzhak Bentov who first coined this term.

2033 – Meditation: Monk Dalai Lama had said ‘If every 8 year old in the world is taught meditation, we will eliminate violence from the world within one generation’ so he’d be thrilled to bits to learn, not only its now taught in most primary schools with correctional facilities busy following suit.

2035 – Global Warming Reversed: This project was long overdue and debates were more political than scientific, until common sense prevailed when a hebetudinous leadership realized there is no arguing with melting glaciers and started au grand sérieux after Paris Accord 2015 before it hit tipping point.

2037 – Time Travel Prototype: Dr. Jack Sarfatti, was the real life inspiration behind the Doc in ‘Back to the Future’ and avid proponent of how a future invisible universe reaches back in time to create the visible universe we see with telescopes what Russian Physicist Igor Novikov described as a self-consistent time loop of retrocausality. After Vatican conceded to make Chronovisor public, it was a race against time for physicists to overhaul the device and send out particles back and forward in time!

In closing, I envisage the far-out future where we pop in and out of hyper space at will without some device (hint: Peter’s 5th/6th D) in a vein similar to how ascended masters can blue shift the ether.

He (a monk) recounted: “It emanated from one corner of the room, a deep blue light; then the whole room became filled with light. The blue light in the corner started revolving. A face appeared; then the whole bust, and finally the entire form. The face was so serene, so sweet! I thought, ‘Who could it be? Buddha? Intuition + Intention: 5 Steps to Create and not Just Predict Your Future

Premonition

There are some people who believe in Premonition – a clear vision or awareness of what lies ahead on your path before you physically get there is possible. Perhaps we have read about various prophecies in religious or spiritual books or biographies as made by various spiritual masters. Or we could have had a personal and direct experience of ESP through clairvoyant dreams or visions that tell us exactly what will occur in future and have directly verified it as true. Some of us have enjoyed astrology, tarot and other devices of fortune-telling and have been often surprised at the accuracy especially at the hands of a genuine psychic. Others who are disbelievers may not be open to any premonition yet or even afraid to experience the same, whether out of religious fear or scientific skepticism.

But for those of us who have had any experience close to a premonition, what does this phenomena tell us? Does it mean that our future is entirely ‘Predestined’ and if yes by whom – an outside person we call ‘God’ who is controlling our reality? Or does it tell us in advance what WE are manifesting or literally ‘making up’ in our dream called life through our own choices in each moment?

Could we have a higher ‘Self’ – a part of us that is awakened and existing beyond time-space that can see through the illusion of time and show us where our current timeline is going? Can this higher Self also help us alter our course or timeline to manifest a better life on earth or beyond? How can we awaken ourself and free our consciousness to higher levels of multi-dimensionality and spiritual ascension?

  1. Meditation: Find some time for yourself and detach from the humdrum of daily life for a few minutes to an hour a day by gently closing your eyes and breathing through your heart center. Feel peace and watch your thoughts fade away into inner silence for as long as you can. With time and dedicated practice you will get better over the months and years of meditation. This exercise helps us tune into our inner-self or consciousness which is beyond mind and body. As our we become increasingly aware of our consciousness we will be more awakened and reunited with the Higher Self beyond time-space. At later stages we might have prophetic and awakening messages and visions to accurately guide us ahead or upwards in our life.
  2. Higher Intentions: As per higher guidance or intuition we might get a sense of what feels right to us in our day to day life. Our higher Self when awakened will help us choose a direction that is best for us. This will help us hold only positive intentions regarding what we wish to manifest in our life. We might want to verbalize our intentions or write them down in the form of positive affirmations in the present tense as if those wonderful things are right now being experienced by us and not mere wishes or prayers. For example, “I am enjoying a state of phenomenal health and wellbeing right now”, “I am so grateful that only good things are happening to me and my loved ones from this point on”, “I live in a happy world where peace and kindness prevail in every heart.”
  3. Positive Emotions: Transforming our inner state from anger, hate, guilt or fear to unconditional love is a major part of self-actualization. A lot of meditation and mindfulness masters are self-realized with great wisdom and powerful minds. Emotional energy however is the key to actualizing or manifesting a better world because emotions have the capacity to condense or materialize our thoughts into real situations. Great healing is experienced as a result of wholesome and positive emotional shifts. Instead of merely making positive intentions, transforming our inner state of one that resonates or matches with the freqency of what we intend to manifest is most helpful.
  4. Healthy Behaviors: While peacefulness, positive thoughts and emotions are necessary in manifestation of a better future, they need to also translate into better actions in our day to day physicality. From ethical ways of eating, shopping, breathing, body-care, hygeine to the way we treat others and ourself, caring for our environment, animals, home and people in our life, there are many ways we can align with our higher Self. Conscious ways of living are helpful in ascension towards a more magical and heavenly reality. Our actions speak much louder than thoughts and words in order to bring us closer to manifesting what is good.
  5. Patient Receptivity: In our quest to achieve our goals, manifest a perfect life and a better world, it is quite possible we get restless, frustrated and upset at our every shortfall, or lose patience with others who do not seem to be in alignment with our deeper needs. Instead of succumbing to this pressure, we can stay aligned with positive emotional and mental vibrations of loving kindness so that we do not block our own path. We also need to be open and aware that our higher Self is indeed capable of helping us manifesting something that is even better than what we were intending originally and stay flexible to when, how and what exactly we will manifest our best. By relaxing and allowing ourself to transform our vibrations to positive energy we can flow more easily to the higher Self or God through an open heart.

Finally we can remember that higher Self or God is not really separate from us. Our innermost nature is pure Love and to stay aware and in alignment with who we really are is the real power or magic of manifestation.
